BEAUSiTE Zermatt offers corner rooms with direct Matterhorn views and private balconies. The rooms feature British-influenced interior design, luxury bathrobes, and Occitane toiletries. Guests have access to two swimming pools, including a heated outdoor infinity pool overlooking the Matterhorn, as well as a billiards room and a sun terrace.

The on-site Grill restaurant serves Swiss Wagyu beef and wood-fired dishes. The Witch'eeese Fondue Hut offers a private setting for traditional Swiss fondue. Breakfast includes a buffet with a live cooking station, fresh juices, and made-to-order omelettes in a salmon-themed dining room.

The spa area includes an indoor pool heated to 30°C with a view of the Matterhorn, a Finnish sauna with bay windows, and an outdoor hot tub.
